NorCare is an independent and autonomous non-government organization tasked to help the Philippine government in the humanitarian field and to adhere to the obligations of the Philippines to the Geneva Conventions.
We provide support to families in need. We provide proper nutrition, clean water, and clothes. We help children in need and their families with basic necessities that they otherwise would lack.
We are committed to provide quality life-saving services that protect the life and dignity of Filipino children in vulnerable situations
Every child is unique and respected: We recognise children’s potential, guiding and accompanying them on their path to becoming independent and contributing members of their society.
